Designing a Patient Insights Dashboard

Role: Senior UX researcher and designer
Timeline: November 2025 — April 2026

Context: DIGITIVA, a remote patient monitoring service with a mobile app and connected device, was generating a lot of data and reports for the doctors who were partnered with us. As we scaled, we understood that we needed to improve the user experience not just for our patients, but also for the doctors who were sifting through reports for hours a day at times.
