My main goal as a designer is to understand the user; what makes them happy or frustrated? What makes them human? In my work, I consistently interview, observe, and design with users to ensure that my solution is deeply empathetic to them. I strive to have the user’s needs shine through in my concepts rather than what I believe is best for them.
